- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a baking sheet inside to heat up.
- Prepare the Base: Place the naan breads on the preheated baking sheet and spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over each, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the Toppings: Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over the tzatziki, then arrange the red onion slices, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add Final Touches: Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake to Perfection: Place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Finish Fresh: Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh spinach leaves and garnish with chopped dill or parsley.
