- 2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant cheesecake flavored pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, divided
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and remove the tops of the strawberries. Slice them into 1/4 inch thick pieces and set aside.
- Layer the Graham Crackers: Line the bottom of a 3-quart 13×9 baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers. Set aside.
- Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Beat with a mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add Pudding and Milk: Add the pudding mixes and milk to the bowl. Continue mixing on low speed for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
- Assemble the Layers: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the layer of graham crackers in the dish. Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries, then cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Top with Strawberries: Place another layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate: Cover the dish and refrigerate for 6-8 hours to allow the cake to set.
- Serve: Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping. Crush the remaining graham crackers and sprinkle the crumbs over the top for a crunchy finish.
