  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, divided

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and remove the tops of the strawberries. Slice them into 1/4 inch thick pieces and set aside.
  2. Layer the Graham Crackers: Line the bottom of a 3-quart 13×9 baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers. Set aside.
  3. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Beat with a mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Pudding and Milk: Add the pudding mixes and milk to the bowl. Continue mixing on low speed for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Assemble the Layers: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the layer of graham crackers in the dish. Arrange a single layer of strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries, then cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with Strawberries: Place another layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Refrigerate: Cover the dish and refrigerate for 6-8 hours to allow the cake to set.
  9. Serve: Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping. Crush the remaining graham crackers and sprinkle the crumbs over the top for a crunchy finish.
