  1. This dish is so easy and flavorful. I made it in the toaster oven and it was so easy! I didn’t have peppers on hand (they aren’t my favorite veggie) but I did add fresh broccoli. It would also be delicious with halved brussel sprouts, carrots, fresh green beans, or whatever your tastebuds are calling for.
