  • 1 large Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 12 Dinner Rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. Everything Bagel Topping

Everything Bagel Topping:

  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
  2. Prepare the Everything Bagel Topping:
  • In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion flakes, black sesame seeds (if using), and garlic salt. Mix well.
  • Store the mix in an airtight container for later use.
  1. Prepare the Bagel Butter:
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with 2 tablespoons of the Everything Bagel Topping in a separate bowl. Set aside for later.
  1. Cook the Vegetables:
  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the chopped bell pepper and onion, sautéing until they’re tender and slightly golden around the edges. Remove from heat and set aside.
  1. Cook the Beef:
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the shaved roast beef and cook until it’s heated through and slightly grilled. Remove from heat.
  1. Assemble the Sliders:
  • Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, trying to keep them connected as a single large top and bottom.
  • Place the bottom half in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • Spread mayonnaise evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
  • Distribute the cooked beef evenly on top of the mayonnaise.
  • Layer the provolone cheese slices over the beef.
  • Evenly sprinkle the sautéed vegetables over the cheese.
  1. Baking:
  • Place the assembled sliders into the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven, place the top half of the rolls on, and brush the tops with the prepared Everything Bagel Butter.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the tops to get slightly crispy.
  1. Serving:
  • Take the sliders out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
